Event registration

Submitting an application does not reserve a place. Registration becomes effective only when the applicant meets the conditions for attending and a place is available.

When a place is confirmed

The organizer sends a notice after completing . Until that notice arrives, an application should not be treated as an accepted place.

If the conditions or availability change, pending applications are assessed under the updated circumstances. Confirmed places are not assigned to another applicant.

Applications after the event is full

New applicants join the . When someone cancels, the organizer considers applicants in order, checks eligibility again, and offers the available place.

There is no fixed waiting time or guarantee of admission. An applicant may withdraw before receiving confirmation.

What happens after a cancellation

A cancellation releases the applicant's . It does not affect anyone else's confirmed registration.
